User IDs and Passwords

The PennDOT GCEDMS uses ECMS security for logging in.

If you are not logged in, you may not access projects or documents.

When you are signed into GCEDMS, you are also signed in to ECMS. This means you can access any ECMS features you are authorized for. Simply click one of the ECMS links on the Navigation Bar.

You must change your password every 60 days or it will expire. Click here to find out more about changing your password in ECMS.
